We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct outreach, demonstrate our platform, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospective businesses.
• Identify decision-makers, founders, marketing managers, and business owners.
• Explore new business opportunities and target relevant industries.

2. Cold Calling & Email Outreach

• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Introduce Brandvertise AI and communicate its value proposition effectively.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain communication.

3. Product Demonstrations & Meetings

• Schedule and conduct online or in-person product demonstration meetings.
• Understand client requirements, business challenges, and marketing needs.
• Present Brandvertise AI features, benefits, and use cases.
• Explain how our platform can improve marketing workflows and save time and resources.

4. Sales Conversion & Client Acquisition

• Convert qualified leads into customers and generate new business.
• Prepare proposals, share pricing details, and negotiate with prospective clients.
• Handle basic objections and follow up until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.

5. CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate lead information, call records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
• Track daily outreach activities and conversion performance.
• Share regular sales reports and market feedback with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, and client interaction.
• Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS products, and AI tools.
• Ability to identify prospects and generate quality leads.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
• Understanding of social media marketing, advertising, branding, and website development.
• Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Daily cold calls and email outreach.
• Number of product demonstrations scheduled and conducted.
• Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
• Meeting-to-customer conversion rate.
• Monthly revenue and new customer acquisition.
