About Us

BookEinstein is a K–12 English communication programme, running since 2016 across schools in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Agra. We build children’s reading, writing, speaking and vocabulary skills through in-school programmes and our own online and offline classes.

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive coordinator to keep our school programmes and our direct-to-student classes running smoothly, and to support our curriculum team.

What You’ll Do

School Programmes (B2B)

Track and maintain trainer logs and timesheets submitted through Google Forms

Follow up with trainers on missing or incomplete entries

Coordinate with trainers to put together the monthly newsletter shared with schools

Student Classes (B2C)

Handle new enquiries and route them to the academic team

Follow up with parents on fee payments

Onboard students for online and offline classes

Coordinate with assigned teachers on schedules, batches and class updates

Curriculum Support

Help prepare proposals for schools

Support the Curriculum Head with formatting, documentation and other smaller tasks

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years in admin, coordination or operations (education sector is a plus)

Strong written and spoken English

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs) and MS Office

Organised, detail-oriented and good at follow-ups

Polite and clear when dealing with parents, teachers and schools
