RAJ CNC Cutting specialises in CNC Router Cutting, Laser Cutting and customised cutting solutions for businesses, designers and professionals.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Identify and approach interior designers, architects, event agencies, furniture manufacturers and contractors.
• Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other business development channels.
• Build a strong database of potential customers.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Understand customer requirements and explain our CNC and laser cutting services.
• Generate enquiries and share quotations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate with the production team.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase company revenue.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and customer interactions.

4. Reporting & Target Achievement

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Track leads, enquiries and order conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and approaching new clients.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Prior experience in telecalling, field sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
