Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals for our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies. Engage with potential clients in the US market, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive sales experience. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (freshers are welcome). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in night shifts (US Shifts: 9:30 PM 6 AM IST) . Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
