Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle the sales of pre-owned/used cars. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, showcasing vehicles, negotiating prices, and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable used cars.
• Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and documentation to prospective buyers.
• Arrange vehicle inspections and test drives for customers.
• Negotiate prices and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the evaluation, operations, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle transactions.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead follow-up data.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and used-car demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably used-car sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of local markets and driving licence will be an added advantage.
