Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experienced Candidates: Undergraduates can also apply.

Languages Required
Candidates must be proficient in English along with any ONE of the following languages:

• English + Hindi
• English + Malayalam
• English + Tamil
• English + Telugu
• English + Kannada

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
• Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC + attractive performance-based incentives

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain health insurance policies, features, and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and address queries.
• Handle objections, convince customers, and close sales.
• Support payment collection and smooth policy issuance.
