Job Summary

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development:

   Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industrial sectors to expand the customer base.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including industrial clients and key decision-makers.

3. Sales and Lead Generation:

   Generate leads through customer visits, telephone calls, referrals and other business development activities.

4. Product Presentation:

   Understand customer requirements and present suitable industrial weighing products and solutions based on their applications.

5. Site Visits and Customer Meetings:

   Visit customer facilities to understand technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.

6. Sales Negotiation and Closure:

   Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms and support order closure.

7. Market Research:

   Monitor competitor activities, market trends and potential business opportunities to improve sales performance.

8. Sales Target Achievement:

   Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

9. Internal Coordination:

   Coordinate with technical, service and operations teams to ensure effective customer support and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Minimum

  1+ years of experience in Industrial Sales

  .
• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct customer visits and convert opportunities into sales.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
• Knowledge of industrial products, weighing equipment or instrumentation will be an added advantage.
