Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Analyst / Configurator with specialized domain expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Management, and Subscription Order Management (SOM) / Billing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end SD/SOM solutions on SAP S/4HANA across business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Configuration: Configure core SAP SD components including sales document types, item categories, pricing procedures, copy controls, and billing types.
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) Execution: Design end-to-end O2C flows covering Sales Order Management, complex pricing, contract management, invoicing, and credit/debit memo workflows.
- Subscription & SOM Delivery: Manage functional requirements for Subscription Order Management (SOM) and SAP BRIM processes for subscription, recurring, and usage-based business models.
- Subscription Lifecycle Management: Oversee recurring billing setup, usage-based billing logic, subscription amendments, renewals, and cancellation flows.
- System Integration: Validate and support cross-functional integrations between SAP SD, SOM, Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-AR, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
- Business Analysis & Functional Specs: Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and Agile user stories.
- Testing & Stakeholder Coordination: Drive integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect remediation, and deployment support in collaboration with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements:
- Total Experience: 7 to 10 years of functional consulting/configuration experience in SAP SD.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Order Management, Subscription Order Management (SOM), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Billing processes.
- Core Technical/Functional Stack: Hands-on SAP SD configuration expertise on SAP S/4HANA.
- BRIM/SOM Understanding: Functional grasp of SAP BRIM/SOM concepts, usage-based/recurring billing, and integrated financial workflows.
- Location/Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Pune, with flexibility to travel as required.
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA analytical tools.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Prior experience managing integrations across enterprise interfaces, APIs, and third-party systems.
Soft Skills & Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
