Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Bengaluru – Work from Office
Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prospect and engage with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Account Executive team.
• Run personalized outbound campaigns and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales / SDR / BDR roles.
• Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and meeting/demos booking.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns and CRM tools.
• Exposure to Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong interest in SaaS, Logistics and Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
