We are looking for aggressive, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Development Executives who are ready to take ownership of lead generation and walk-in targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students through outbound telephone calls.
• Utilise the existing lead database effectively to maximise opportunities.
• Identify interested prospects and create strong interest in our courses.
• Convince potential students to visit the centre for career counselling.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure maximum lead engagement.
• Maintain lead data, calling remarks and follow-up schedules.
• Track daily calling numbers, connected leads and walk-in commitments.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead conversion and walk-in targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Fearless approach towards making calls and speaking with new people.
• Strong sales mindset with a never-give-up attitude.
• Highly competitive and motivated by targets and achievements.
• Good understanding of basic computer operations and Excel.
• Ability to work under sales pressure and deliver measurable results.
