Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Data Entry Executive to support our sales team with data entry, order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders, customer details, and sales records in the company’s system.
• Prepare and update quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of sales data.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status, dispatch details, and customer information.
• Follow up on pending orders and update relevant records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and sales correspondence.
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks related to the sales department.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and handle routine office documentation.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
