Job Purpose To drive the acquisition and relationship management of salary accounts by onboarding employees from corporate tie-ups, ensuring superior service delivery, cross-selling relevant banking products, and ensuring adherence to compliance norms. Key Responsibilities 1. Salary Account Acquisition & Onboarding Drive sourcing of new salary accounts from assigned corporate clients. Conduct onboarding sessions for new joinees to explain salary account features and digital offerings. Ensure timely and error-free account opening and activation. 2. Relationship Management Act as the single point of contact for salary account holders. Build and manage relationships with key HR personnel of corporate clients. Engage regularly with account holders to ensure stickiness and usage. 3. Cross-Selling Bank Products Promote and sell relevant banking products such as: Credit cards Personal loans Fixed deposits Mutual funds and insurance Achieve monthly sales and cross-sell targets. 4. Customer Service & Retention Resolve queries related to salary credits, debit cards, net banking, and mobile banking. Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Minimize account dormancy and attrition through regular engagement. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all customer documentation is complete and complies with KYC/AML norms. Maintain audit-ready documentation and follow internal processes meticulously. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred Experience: 13 years in BFSI sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for corporate visits Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Key Skills Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Sales-Oriented Mindset Strong Knowledge of Banking Products & Digital Services Good Understanding of KYC and Compliance Norms Relationship Management & Customer Focus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Tools
