Job Summary

New Look Laser Clinic is looking for an experienced Sales Counselor / Business Development Executive for Laser Clinic, to manage inbound leads, schedule consultations, and help prospective clients choose suitable skincare and laser treatments. This target based profile offers exceptional growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the aesthetic, skincare, dermatology, wellness, or laser treatment industry and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
• Convert inquiries into clinic consultations and treatment bookings.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
• Explain treatment options, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a positive client experience.
• Support monthly sales and appointment booking goals.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, or client relationship management.
• Prior experience in a skincare, aesthetic, dermatology, laser, wellness, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives
