Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales reports, managing customer accounts, and processing orders. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management. Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all sales operations are aligned with company policies and procedures. Maintain and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure the availability of products and timely delivery to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
