Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with a background in banking or financial services. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the database of prospective clients and leads.

- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and consultations.

- Track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.

- Coordinate with the sales team, Financial Analysts, and Relationship Managers.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups.

- Ensure timely communication with clients and support smooth sales operations.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sales coordination, client servicing, relationship management, or banking operations.

- Basic knowledge of financial services and banking products is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate-Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, client relationship management, or inside sales will be preferred.
