Sales Coordinator-Billing

As an ideal candidate for the role, you should have the following qualifications and responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for sales coordination in modern trade/general trade/CSD, with a focus on B to B and B to C ECom billing. Your excellent English written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in Excel for MIS purposes will be required to carry out your duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Keeping track of sales orders and reporting to the concerned head for order processing management - Placing orders for materials at our factory - Regularly uploading data such as POs and Orders on Excel - Contacting potential customers to schedule appointments with the salesperson - Recording details of potential/new customers in the database - Following up with potential customers to convert leads into orders - Arranging marketing material for the branch, including items like CFA - Regularly updating seniors about outlet status Qualifications Required: - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Experience in sales coordination in modern trade/general trade/CSD - Proficiency in Excel for MIS purposes - Experience in B to B and B to C ECom billing Please note that the company is an 11-year-old FMCG dealing primarily in edible oils such as canola, olive, and mustard oil, along with wheatgrass products.
