Sales Consultant - Business Development

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs and help them identify the right sales/marketing coaching program based on their needs.

This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role — not conventional telesales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a prospect's business, ask the right questions, identify their challenges, recommend the right solution and close the enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Understand the prospect's business, challenges, goals and requirements.
• Conduct effective discovery conversations and needs analysis.
• Use implication and need-payoff questions to understand the prospect's urgency and desired outcome.
• Recommend the appropriate program based on the prospect's needs.
• Handle objections around price, timing and decision-making.
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Work towards sales and revenue targets.
• Participate in sales training, role plays and call reviews.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
