About Imitate LabsImitate Labs is an AI technology company building AI-powered products including AI Voice Agents, AI Chatbots, and business automation solutions that help businesses automate sales, customer support, lead qualification, follow-ups, and other repetitive processes.Job Role We are looking for a Sales & Telecalling Executive who can identify potential business customers, generate their own leads, communicate with decision-makers, pitch our AI solutions, and convert prospects into customers.The ideal candidate should have good market connections, strong communication skills, previous telecalling/client-handling experience, and a basic understanding of AI and business automation.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential business leads through online platforms, business directories, social media, Google, LinkedIn, referrals, and personal market connections.
• Independently build and maintain a lead database.
• Make outbound calls to business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify opportunities where AI automation can help.
• Pitch Imitate Labs' AI Voice Agents, AI Chatbots, and automation solutions effectively.
• Conduct initial product discussions and arrange demos/meetings with interested prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads, proposals, and prospects.
• Handle client questions and basic objections professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
• Work towards monthly lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.
• Develop relationships with businesses and expand the company's market reach.
• Convert existing market connections and self-generated leads into business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or client handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong confidence while speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good market connect and ability to build new business relationships.
• Ability to independently source leads rather than depending entirely on company-provided leads.
• Basic understanding of AI, AI automation, chatbots, or voice agents.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling regular follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of online lead-generation platforms and social media.
