Job Summary

MicroWorld Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (eScan) is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales & Business Development Executive at its Mumbai Head Office.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and business development activities.

Fresh graduates looking to start their careers in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
• Conduct initial client outreach through telephone calls and emails.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BMS, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of professional email drafting.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
