Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team remotely from Coimbatore. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships for our thermal spray coating services, which serve sectors like Aerospace, Steel, and Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find and reach out to new industrial clients in the South India region.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to grow our market share in the thermal spray and coating industry.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide technical solutions for their coating needs.
• Reporting: Regularly update the management team in Navi Mumbai on sales progress and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Engineering or Manufacturing sector preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a technical mindset to understand coating specifications.
• Education: Graduate or MBA preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, for a remote-working setup.
