Sales & Business Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable technical solution.

Guide customers in selecting the right Load Cell, Mounting Arrangement, Indicator, and System Configuration.

Explain technical products in a simple and professional manner.

Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART, Website, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.

Generate quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into business.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Visit customers only when required for application discussions or custom projects.

Use AI tools and modern technologies to improve customer engagement, automate routine tasks, and strengthen the company's digital presence and marketing.

Continuously learn about new industrial weighing products, automation technologies, and market applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering.( For Sales Engineer Profile )

Any Graduate ( B.com / BMS / BBA for Business Development Profile )

Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Good communication and presentation

skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.

Interest in industrial products, technical sales, automation, and AI tools.

Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to build a long-term career.
