Job Description

As a Sales Folder Maintenance professional, your role will involve a variety of tasks including tele-calling, documentation, and system work to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing sales folders efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct tele-calling activities to interact with potential customers and provide information about products/services - Handle documentation tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating customer records, and maintaining sales files - Perform system work tasks such as data entry, updating databases, and generating reports to support the sales team Qualifications Required: - No prior experience needed, open for freshers as well - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone - Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and system work The company offers a range of benefits to its employees, including: - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund The work schedule for this role will be during the day with fixed shifts.
