About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven person to manage pure field sales and deal closures. This role requires extensive on-ground market visits, direct client interactions, and closing sales deals efficiently . If you excel in negotiation, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and have a passion for converting leads into revenue, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You Will Do: • 100% Field Sales Conduct daily market visits, meet potential clients, and generate leads. • Closing Sales Deals Handle negotiations, resolve objections, and finalize agreements. • Target-Based Selling Meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting. • Lead Generation & Follow-Ups – Identify new customers, maintain follow-ups, and convert inquiries into sales. • Customer Relationship Management – Build strong connections with retailers, distributors, and clients. • Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or Excel with progress. Skills Required: • Strong negotiation & communication skills • Sales-driven mindset with target achievement focus • Ability to handle objections and close deals • Proficiency in CRM tools & Excel for reporting • Market knowledge & competitor analysis You Should Apply If You: • Love field sales and direct client interactions • Are a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment • Have strong persuasion and deal-closing abilities • Enjoy meeting new people and building business relationships You Should Not Apply If You: • Prefer desk jobs with minimal client interaction • Struggle with meeting sales targets in a fast-paced setting • Are uncomfortable with extensive market visits and fieldwork Work Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in supplement retail, or B2B sales. • Freshers with strong sales aptitude and a willingness to learn are also welcome. Working Days: Monday - Saturday
