Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand the client base. Maintain a detailed and accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Lead client meetings and sales calls confidently and professionally. Collaborate with the Sales Management team to plan, execute, and manage effective sales strategies. Support the creation and execution of the annual sales plan and budget. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads to promote brand visibility and service adoption. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Continuously evaluate sales processes and identify opportunities for growth and new market development. Experience & Qualifications: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development roles. Demonstrated success in initiating, developing, and executing strategic business plans. Experience managing large-scale projects in complex, cross-functional environments. Strong analytical thinking combined with a creative, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Energetic, self-driven, and adaptable individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
