A Sales Assistant provides customers with product information, helps them find and select items, and completes sales transactions in retail or wholesale environments.
Key duties include welcoming customers, answering questions, processing payments and returns, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and restocking inventory. Sales assistants also help maintain visual displays, promote products and sales, and may perform administrative tasks like inventory management and updating customer records.

Managing client or patient accounts, accurately generating and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies and inquiries
