Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with experience in residential real estate sales. The candidate will support the Sales Manager in handling sales activities, managing the sales team, following up with prospective customers, and achieving sales targets for apartments, villas, and gated community projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and generate leads through various channels.
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and specifications to customers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and pre-sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor sales team performance and prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Negotiate with customers and support the closure of sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of residential real estate sales.
• Experience in lead management, site visits, and sales closures.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience selling apartments, villas, or gated community projects is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in residential property developers are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
