Roles and Responsibilities Handle sales enquiries from customers, understand their requirements, and provide solutions using our products such as PLC, VFD, MCC, and control panel. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and after-sales service support. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field (preferably in industrial automation). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc) or BE/B.Tech in Electrical.
