About the Client

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for the assigned territory
• Build and manage a team of sales executives and guide their daily work
• Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities in the region
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers
• Plan field visits, promotions and local sales activities
• Track team performance and share regular sales reports with management
• Coordinate with the head office and telecalling team to convert leads
• Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the local market in the assigned state
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English preferred
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Target-driven, confident and positive attitude
• Willingness to travel within the territory
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
