Salary Compensation:

Internship Compensation: ₹18,000 per month (fixed) during the 3-month internship.
Full-Time Compensation: After Internship: ₹18,000 fixed salary + up to ₹10,000 performance-based incentive + PF, subject to successful completion of the internship and the company’s full-time offer.

Additional Earning Opportunity: Employees may have the opportunity to earn extra income by working overtime (OT).

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to sell Suvvi’s Andhra-style sweets and snacks directly to customers visiting our restaurant outlets. The role involves interacting with customers, recommending products, generating sales, handling billing and maintaining accurate stock records. Candidates may apply for either a full-time or part-time opportunity. The role begins with a 3-month internship; full-time employment may be offered based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Interact with customers visiting the outlets and actively promote Suvvi sweets and snacks.

· Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.

· Drive sales through effective product pitching and product recommendations.

· Process customer orders and handle billing accurately.

· Update daily stock and inventory records.

· Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.

Required Skills

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· A friendly, confident and sales-oriented approach.

· Basic billing, inventory management and record-keeping skills.

· Ability to engage customers, explain products and work toward sales targets.

· Previous experience in retail, FMCG or food sales is an advantage; freshers with a strong sales attitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
