Employment Type: Full-Time About RAJ CNC Cutting RAJ CNC Cutting specialises in CNC router cutting, laser cutting and customised cutting solutions for businesses, designers and professionals. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities and bring in orders through outbound calling and relationship building. Key Responsibilities 1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to interior designers, architects, event managers, exhibition companies, contractors, furniture manufacturers and other potential customers. - Identify businesses and professionals who require CNC or laser cutting services. - Generate new business leads through calling, WhatsApp and other channels. 2. Sales & Order Conversion - Understand customer requirements and explain RAJ CNC Cutting's services. - Promote CNC cutting, laser cutting and customised fabrication solutions. - Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. - Negotiate pricing and coordinate with the production team to close orders. 3. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects and event agencies. - Develop repeat business opportunities from existing customers. - Maintain a database of prospects, enquiries and follow-ups. 4. Sales Reporting - Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports. - Track enquiries, quotations, orders and conversion rates. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Target Customer Segments - Interior Designers - Architects - Event Management Companies - Exhibition & Stall Fabricators - Furniture Manufacturers - Carpenters and Contractors - Advertising & Signage Agencies - Retail Display Manufacturers - Set Designers and Production Houses Required Skills - Good communication and convincing skills. - Confidence in making cold calls. - Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp. - Ability to generate leads and close sales. - Prior experience in telecalling or B2B sales is preferred. Performance Expectations (KPIs) - Daily outbound calling targets. - New qualified leads generated. - Number of quotations shared. - Orders converted. - Monthly revenue generated. - Repeat customers acquired. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
