Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and formulations.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company's presence across South India.

The role requires regular customer meetings in Hyderabad and frequent travel to other cities across South India for business development and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's APIs and pharmaceutical formulations to potential customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across South India.
• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings in Hyderabad and other South Indian cities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and existing customers.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert potential opportunities into business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, quotations, and order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer visit reports, and business development updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, API sales, formulation sales, or business development.
• Basic understanding of APIs, pharmaceutical formulations, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop new customers and manage existing business relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently across South India.
• Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently based in Hyderabad.
• Experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Exposure to API manufacturers, formulation companies, or pharmaceutical trading businesses.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical markets of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
