Studio L1 Photography is a professional photography business specializing in wedding photography, event photography, albums, and customized photo frames. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us connect with customers, generate enquiries, and grow our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Explain photography packages, services, and offers to customers.
• Generate new business leads through online and offline marketing.
• Assist in managing Instagram and other social media accounts.
• Coordinate with customers regarding bookings and requirements.
• Maintain customer enquiry records and daily sales reports.
• Build good relationships with customers and generate referral business.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and the internet.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and social media.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude and responsibility towards work.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous sales, telecalling, customer support, or marketing experience is an advantage.
