Empower Sports Solutions is a sports construction and management company established in 2018 with a focus on providing high-quality sports solutions in India. Specializing in the installation and construction of artificial turfs, we offer durable and efficient solutions suitable for various sports arenas including football fields, stadiums, cricket courts, golf courses, badminton and tennis courts, volleyball courts, hockey fields, and more. As a Sales & Business Development professional at Empower Sports Solutions, your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential clients such as landscapers, architects, contractors, real estate developers, schools, sports facilities, and property owners. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, conduct cold calling, site visits, and product demonstrations, as well as prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders. Negotiating deals and closing sales efficiently are also key aspects of the role. Client Relationship Management is another crucial aspect of the role, where you will be expected to maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, provide post-sale support, and address client issues effectively. Gathering customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Marketing Strategy & Execution, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating branding and promotional activities, developing marketing materials, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. Having a solid understanding of the product is essential, including knowledge of product specifications, installation methods, and applications. Conducting product training sessions for clients, dealers, or internal teams will also be part of your role. Market Research & Analysis will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and potential distribution channels, analyzing customer needs and competitor offerings, and providing regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI. Channel & Distributor Management will involve building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail outlets, providing them with sales tools, training, and joint promotional efforts. Project Coordination is crucial for ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction, where you will collaborate with project and installation teams, monitor project progress, and gather client feedback to maintain quality standards. Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events will be part of your responsibilities, including organizing product displays, promotional booths, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in turf construction or a related field.
