Sales and Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

*Maintain customer relationships

* Generate leads through sales strategies

* Collaborate with marketing team.

*Receive and callback to Real estate agents, Builders for subscription.

*Track and call back the leads generated for the listings.

*Maintain the data in CRM and prepare the presentable reports when required.

Preferred candidate profile

0-2 years in telecalling, sales or customer support. Graduate. Fluent in Telugu and Hindi/English with clear phone communication. Comfortable with targets, lead follow-up and CRM/Excel. Organised, patient and honest with customers. Real estate interest is a plus. Madhapur, Hyderabad (work from office).
