Premium Fashion & Retail Placement – Delhi NCR

Aurafest Management Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced sales professional to develop local sales and place a premium women’s apparel collection in leading showrooms, designer boutiques and multi-brand stores across Delhi NCR.

Location: Delhi NCR

Role: Full-time | Field Sales

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Benefits: Travel Allowance + Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and approach premium showrooms, boutiques and multi-brand fashion stores for product placement.

- Build relationships with store owners, purchase managers and fashion buyers.

- Present collections, arrange product demonstrations and secure trial and repeat orders.

- Negotiate margins, payment terms and placement arrangements within approved guidelines.

- Conduct regular market visits across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.

- Coordinate product displays, stock availability, replenishment and promotional activities.

- Track store-wise sales, customer feedback, payments and outstanding collections.

- Achieve agreed sales and new-store onboarding targets, with regular reporting to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in apparel sales, boutique development or retail distribution.

- An existing network of premium showrooms and boutiques in Delhi NCR is strongly preferred.

- Understanding of women’s ethnic and contemporary fashion, retail margins and merchandising.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

- Graduate preferred; relevant industry experience will be valued.
