Sales and Back Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to client enquiries.
• Contact prospective clients, generate leads and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with existing clients for quotations, proposals and event requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain client databases, sales records and MIS reports.
• Handle basic accounting entries, payment records and daily expense tracking.
• Maintain client and vendor outstanding payment records.
• Work on MS Excel and Zoho Books for billing, accounting and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day operations and administrative work.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of invoices, payments and expenses.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
• Good telephone communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Experience: Prior experience in sales coordination, telecalling or back-office accounting preferred.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
