As a Telesales Representative at NeoTrader, you will play a crucial role in contacting potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our cutting-edge trading software, and facilitating the conversion of leads into satisfied customers. Based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve monthly targets. Your daily tasks will include cold calling to identify prospects, hosting webinars to highlight the value proposition of NeoTrader, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through persistent follow-ups. Your focus will be on closing deals aggressively, upselling our premium plans, and recording all sales activities in our CRM system. We are seeking individuals with proven sales aggressiveness, a target-driven mindset, and a basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts. Persistence, hard work, and confidence are key attributes we value in potential candidates.
