This role is focused on converting leads into successful loan closures through effective communication, financial consultation, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell student visa loan products to aspiring students and their families. Handle incoming and outgoing calls , WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries. Understand client needs and offer the best-suited education loan solutions. Tackle client queries confidently and provide clear, trustworthy financial guidance. Build rapport and close deals effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads generated through various channels (social media, referrals, walk-ins). Coordinate with loan partners (NBFCs/Banks) for documentation and processing. Maintain accurate records and update CRM with lead status and progress. Represent the company professionally at client meetings or events (if required). Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in loan sales , banking, NBFC, or the education sector. Strong sales and negotiation skills . Excellent ability to handle objections , explain complex terms simply, and close sales . Good command over spoken Hindi and English . Confident, target-driven, and well-organized. Graduation in Business, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
