Sales Admin and Customer Service

Sales Administration • Process customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and contracts accurately and promptly. • Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and opportunities. • Monitor order progress from receipt through delivery and invoicing. • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures. Customer Service • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. • Respond to customer communications via emails in a professional manner. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when required. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Provide product, pricing, delivery, and order status information to customers. Order Management & Coordination • Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system. • Coordinate with production planning to confirm product availability and delivery schedules. • Liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Track shipments and coordinate delivery arrangements. Documentation & Compliance • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, export documentation, and other sales-related documents. • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and transactions. • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, company policies, and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
