Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day sales accounting entries.
  • Prepare sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Manage sales returns and debit/credit notes.
  • Reconcile sales accounts and customer ledgers.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and outstanding payment records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for billing and payment follow-ups.
  • Verify sales orders, invoices and supporting documents.
  • Handle GST-related sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Tally and Excel.
  • Assist in monthly sales reports and account reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in sales accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Accuracy in accounting entries and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
