We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for following leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and follow new leads through various channels
* Meet clients and understand their interior design requirements
* Present design concepts, services, and pricing to clients
* Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
* Coordinate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle post-sales support
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Basic knowledge of interior design or construction industry (preferred)
* Ability to handle clients professionally
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
