Marketing & Sales Executive hyderabad,chennai,bengaluru 3 - 5 years INR 4.0 - 7.5 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities - Generate leads and convert them into sales including cold outreach, lead follow-up, demo coordination, and closure. - Drive sales in your city (Bengaluru/ Chennai / Hyderabad) in the Edu Tech, AIDC Sales & Security or Access Control. - Travel within the assigned city/region as required, coordinate field visits, demos, installations and customer meetings. - Maintain accurate data in CRM, provide sales forecasts/reports, track competitor activity, and identify market/territory opportunities. - Manage the full sales cycle: initial engagement needs analysis proposal negotiation close. Preferred candidate profile - 3-4 years of business development /sales experience in Edu Tech, AIDC Sales & Security or Access Control. - Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills English + local language (Kannada /Tamil / Telugu depending on location). - Quick learner with strong customer handling skills and familiarity with RFID, AIDC, and Security or Access control solutions preferred. - Self-driven achiever with proven success in meeting targets, closing deals, and managing on-field client engagements.
