Role & responsibilities To direct, supervise and coordinate functions and activities of all Clinical and Non- Clinical operations. To assume all duties of the Unit Head during his absences. To supervise and co-ordinate of hospital activities. To ensure procurement, maintenance and renewal of all statutory documents. To consult and advise departmental needs on issues relate to clinical and non-clinical operations of the hospital To handle customer grievances. To enforce staff rules and discipline of the doctors in consultation with the Centre Head. To coordinate with Nursing Head for formal system of allocation of the hospital beds and ensures smooth working of the system.
