Safety Supervisor for TATA Steel Meramandali

As a Safety Supervisor at HS CARRIERS in Tata Steel, Meramandali, your role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in a high-risk industrial and logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily operations to ensure safety compliance in logistics activities such as loading/unloading, transport, and vehicle movement. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the site. - Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. - Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers. - Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near misses. - Maintain safety documentation and records as per Tata Steel safety standards. - Coordinate with Tata Steel Safety Department and follow their protocols. Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Minimum 10th pass; preference for candidates with a diploma in Industrial Safety or related field. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in logistics, transport, or heavy industry. - Skills: Knowledge of safety practices, ability to enforce safety regulations, good communication skills.
