Position: Health and Safety Officer Qualification: ADIS - Mandatory B.sc/M.sc, Diploma/BE. Diploma in Industrial Safety (Govt. Authority) Experience: 5-7years Reporting to: Manager - HR Location: Boisar Skills Required: Should have the good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations as per Factory Act, 1948. Should have the sound knowledge of compliance. Good written and oral communication skills. Should be good team member. Should have problem solving skills. Proficient in using computer operation (MS word Excel, PPT& Word) Job Description: - Monitor Health and Safety. HSE officers monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area. - Maintained government statutory compliances. - Develop Strategies to enhance the health and safety procedure. - Design different training programmers to make the awareness smooth and easy. - Perform Risk assessment and prepare the Gap analysis report for modification and up gradation. - Advises on safety topics, conducts risk assessments, and enforces preventative measures to create a safe workplace. - Preparing various safety reports of Mock drill, Fire fighter, safety training etc. - Make shift schedules if required for works. - Will be responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Safety : 5 years (Required) Location: Boisar, Thane, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
