Key Responsibilities

Advise and instruct employees on various safety-related topics, including noise levels and machinery use
Oversee the installation and maintenance of operations equipment
Record and investigate workplace incidents to identify root causes
Manage workers compensation claims and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization

Candidate Profile

Experience in workplace safety and operations oversight
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Ability to investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with workers compensation processes and claims management
