Job Description

As a SaaS Prod & Platform Ops Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your main responsibility will be providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and develop innovative solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems - Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors - Have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work and may affect the work of others - Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work Qualifications Required: - BCom degree - Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Visual Basic, and Data Visualization - Adaptable and flexible with the ability to perform under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation - Agility for quick learning Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
