About the Role: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales - North who will also take on a Lead role to drive the sales of ERP solutions for the manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong ERP domain knowledge and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Oversee and guide your team through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing clients. Direct Sales Efforts: Drive direct sales of ERP solutions, acting as a senior-level consultant to clients and aligning ERP offerings with their specific business needs. Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, offering customized ERP solutions that address their unique business challenges in the manufacturing industry. Team Performance & Development: Foster a culture of high performance within your team, ensuring continuous learning and development, as well as sharing best practices. Target & Engage Clients: Identify and target high-value enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector, guiding your team to build strong relationships and close deals. Achieve Sales Targets: Own and drive the achievement of team and individual sales targets, consistently surpassing expectations through strategic efforts and relationship-building. Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and reporting to leadership. Skills & Qualifications: Sales Leadership: 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, including 3–5 years of leading and managing a sales team focused on ERP solutions for the manufacturing industry. Track Record of Success: Proven ability to close large, complex deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those designed for the manufacturing sector, and how they align with business goals. About the Role: Absolute ERP is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record in high-value ERP sales within the manufacturing sector. This role is best suited for an individual contributor who thrives on building relationships at the CXO level, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing large-ticket ERP deals. You will directly contribute to revenue growth by bringing in strategic manufacturing clients and positioning Absolute ERP as their digital transformation partner. Key Responsibilities: · Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise-level ERP solutions from prospecting to negotiation and closure. · Focus on selling high-value ERP deals INR 15L+ to medium and large manufacturing companies. · Understand client pain points in manufacturing operations and map ERP functionalities to solve business challenges. · Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads, CFOs, CIOs) in the manufacturing domain. · Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and implementation teams to design tailored ERP solutions that align with client-specific manufacturing workflows. · Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through large-deal conversions. · Represent Absolute ERP at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences focused on manufacturing technology. ·Continuously analyze market trends in the manufacturing sector and contribute to the refinement of the go-to-market strategy. Required Skills & Experience: ·5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a focus on ERP or similar complex solutions for manufacturing clients. · Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder, high-ticket ERP deals. · Deep understanding of discrete/process manufacturing operations, supply chain, and production planning. · Strong consultative sales approach and experience with long sales cycles (3–6+ months). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-suite presentation skills. · High degree of self-drive, ownership, and commercial acumen. · Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools. · Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and outcome-driven thinking.
