Wipro has also developed a wide range of templates and accelerators to streamline implementation processes and ensure the quality of deliverables. As a SAP Solutioning Sales Director at Wipro, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the overall SAP order book within the assigned portfolio of accounts in the region. Your role will involve engaging with CXOs and business owners to build strong customer relationships, developing a deep understanding of clients" businesses, challenges, and strategies, and collaborating effectively with globally distributed technical and pre-sales teams to shape proactive opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations. Additionally, you will be involved in lead generation activities through alliances, marketing efforts, and professional networks, scoping assignments/engagements, creating Business Development Plans, and supporting delivery teams for successful project execution. Key requirements and responsibilities for this role include leading and owning end-to-end solution development, architecting and orchestrating solution development with a focus on S/4 HANA Transformation Programs, Migrations, AMS, Upgrades, and Cloud-related offerings. You are expected to possess excellent customer interface skills, communication abilities, and presentation delivery skills while developing long-term valued relationships with clients. The role also requires adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, the ability to work effectively under high pressure, and experience in the Manufacturing and Consumer industry segments, which would be advantageous. Desired skills for this position include a minimum of 18 years of experience in selling/closing deals in IT Services & Consulting, with at least 10 years of experience in selling SAP services in areas such as S/4HANA transformations, SAP LoB solutions like SuccessFactors and Ariba, and SAP on Public Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Expertise in Public Cloud and IT transformation in Nordics, as well as digital and business transformation experience, is preferred. Ideally, candidates should have over 10 years of relevant business experience in a large Consulting or SI organization, with a focus on sales and SAP pre-sales/sales cycles, leading/senior architecture roles in SAP projects, and knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio. The successful candidate should be able to develop relationships with SAP Account Executives, sales, and account teams to leverage SAP as a sales channel for Wipro's SAP Practice offerings. A minimum of 5 years of sales quota attainment against a target of $8-10M or higher is also expected for this role.,
