Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing custom analytical reports leveraging SAP Core Data Services (CDS) and Embedded Analytics framework as an S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Developer. Your main focus will be creating custom CDS views, analytical queries, and integrating them with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom CDS views for transactional and analytical reporting in S/4HANA. - Create analytical queries and make them available for consumption in SAP Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Implement annotations for UI, analytical, and semantic purposes in CDS views. - Optimize CDS views for performance and scalability. - Work with OData services for data exposure and integration. - Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, data governance, and security standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to embedded analytics reports. Qualifications: Technical Skills Required: - Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics. - Hands-on expertise in Core Data Services (CDS) including creation, extension, and annotations (UI, analytical, semantic). - Proficiency in Analytical Queries and Consumption Views. - Knowledge of OData services for CDS views. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Business KPIs. - Good understanding of ABAP for CDS and performance tuning techniques. - Basic knowledge of Datasphere is a plus. Nice-to-Have: - Experience with SAP BTP. - Exposure to Fiori app development and UI5. - SAP certification in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics or ABAP for CDS.
